Orders are processed during the following business hours:

• Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the same business day.
• Saturday: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

• Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek): 1–2 business days
• Outside Jabodetabek: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers may arrange pickup using GoJek or Grab during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WIB)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (WIB)
