Announcement: On Craftsmanship and Development

Editorial: On Craftsmanship.

Progress is not always about moving faster.

Sometimes, it means choosing the longer path.

Every collection begins with a responsibility—not only to create something new, but to ensure it deserves to exist. As our work evolves, so must the standards behind it.

For our upcoming collections, VOTED has relocated production to the European Union, partnering with manufacturers whose expertise has been refined over generations of textile craftsmanship.

This decision was never about changing where our products are made.

It was about changing what becomes possible.

Access to world-class knitting technology, responsibly sourced premium yarns, and internationally recognized manufacturing standards allows us to pursue a level of precision that reflects the ambitions of our design. Every stitch, every structure, every finish is held to a higher expectation before it reaches the wearer.

The transition also strengthens our commitment to responsible production through internationally recognized certifications, including GOTS, GRS, RWS, OEKO-TEX®️ Standard 100, and ISO 9001—ensuring that quality and responsibility are inseparable throughout the manufacturing process.

For this reason, we chose to extend our development timeline.

Because craftsmanship cannot be accelerated.

The best products are rarely the quickest to make. They are the ones that have been given enough time to become exactly what they were intended to be.

This is not a new beginning.

It is the next chapter in our pursuit of objects that are designed with intention, refined through patience, and made to endure beyond seasons.

The standard has changed.
So has everything behind it.
